MISSION
Creating a city where everyone can live happily
VISION
Utilizing local resources
Improve quality of life (QOL)
VALUE
(1) Discover
Things change depending on the circumstances surrounding us, such as things we took for granted disappearing or things we thought had no value becoming valuable. By noticing the circumstances surrounding us, we can discover new value in local resources and create an opportunity to improve our QOL.
(2) Let's imagine and create
If you can't find what you want, just make it yourself. Think outside the box and think about how to utilize local resources. Then, understand the context and overall interrelationships leading up to the realization of that goal, predict future developments, and plan unique initiatives that will take root in the local area.
(3) Let’s cooperate
The power of each individual is limited. Moreover, due to financial and time constraints, there is little that can be devoted to activities. Therefore, it is important for everyone to join forces and take part in activities.
To achieve this, we clarify the series of activities that will lead to the achievement of the goal, and further clarify the materials, people, capabilities, and procedures required for each activity, in order to achieve efficiency without strain, waste, or unevenness.
(4) Let's get along
In order for participants to achieve their goals without overdoing it, we clearly define who is in charge of each activity and who is responsible for it, and we periodically review the activities to optimize them overall. To achieve this, participants report, communicate, and consult with each other.
In addition, in order to break down stereotypes, exclusive thinking, and feelings of stagnation, we will build connections with not only our activists but all people involved in our activities, regardless of generation or region, to learn about each other's diverse values and discover new ones.
(5) Have fun
The activity itself contributes to improving the QOL of the participants. It would be counterproductive if it interfered with daily life. If some people were to continue participating to the extent that it interfered with their daily life, that atmosphere could affect other participants and cause them to become less active. Everyone will participate to a reasonable extent so that the activity is enjoyable.
